The pigeons know what's up

Every time I pass by Cataffo's Pizza on Stony Brook Road approaching 347 I notice where the pigeons sit. They are ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS sitting on top of either the Cataffo's Pizza building or the Cataffo's sign. I have never in my entire life seen them sit on the Hoshi Sushi building or on the Hoshi sign. This may seem strange to some, since the two businesses are right next to each other, but the real reason is that the pigeons know best.
